Shipping

HANDLING

Orders are shipped directly from our US based warehouse in CA or NJ between Monday and Friday.

All orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day.

Orders received after 2pm or on weekends will be dispatched on next working day.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped out via Fedex, UPS & USPS.

Tracking numbers will automatically be emailed to customer once order is shipped.

US Mainland:

Transit time is 1-5 business days varying on buyers' location to fulfillment center.

Standard shipping service is free and will normally take 2-5 business days (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods).

Off-Mainland and BFPO:

We only ship to the Lower 48 States, no current shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, nor Guam.

We do not ship to FPO, APO or PO Boxes. (if the address is not deliverable by Post Office, contact us prior to submit payment)

Returns

Cancellations:

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us immediately.

Only orders that have not yet been dispatched can be cancelled.

If the order has already been shipped out we will not be able to cancel at that stage and the below policy will apply.

Unwanted Items:

Once the item has been shipped out and if you are not happy with your item or do not fit for our vehicle you may cancel your order within 14 working days from the day of delivery.

Items must be returned 'As Sold' including all accessories and in the original packaging complete 'As New'.

It is your responsibility to return the unwanted items at your expense and risk.

Faulty items:

If any item is found to be missing parts or damaged please contact us via the "Contact Seller" option within 14 days of delivery so that we can provide you with the details on how to resolve your issue.

You can return unused items to us by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us using the “Contact Seller” option for important information, before attempting to return the goods.

Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. Please email us a description and photos of the defects.

Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement unit.

1. Do you offer local pick up?
We currently do not offer local pick up. We are online only.

2. Do you ship on weekends?
We currently ship all orders out Monday-Friday using FedEx or USPS. We only use FedEx and USPS. Delivery can occur on Saturdays. All deliveries are subject to FedEx holidays.

3. Where do you ship from?
We have warehouses in CA and NJ. Inventory and proximity determine which warehouse will ship your product.

4. How long until my order ships?
Orders placed before 3 AM PST with successfully processed payment and available inventory will ship out within 1 business day (Monday - Friday). We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
